Customer service was nice once someone finally got back to me, and they did fix my issue quickly. I just felt a little ignored in the beginning while I was waiting for a response.

This chair feels solid for what it costs. Delivery was fine, nothing amazing, and it took a bit longer than I hoped, but overall I’m happy with it.

I expected this to be straightforward to set up, but it turned into a whole ordeal. The listing made it seem simple, then once I opened the box it felt like a bait and switch. Assembly took forever, and the instructions were so unclear they were basically useless. Really frustrating experience.

I had a frustrating time trying to place my order. The site was confusing to navigate, and some of the buttons didn’t seem to work the way they should. What should’ve taken a few minutes ended up taking way too long. it kind of made me lose trust in the site because if ordering is this difficult, I’m not sure what else might go wrong.

At first it seemed fine, but after just a few weeks it started creaking and feels a lot less sturdy than I expected. When I tried to deal with it, it kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of standing behind the product.

I bought the Synca chair mostly because my lower back has been bothering me, and overall it’s been really comfortable. The seat has a nice shape to it, and I don’t feel cramped or squeezed in like I have in some other chairs.
The shoulder rollers took me a few tries to get positioned right, but once I figured it out, it felt good. I also like that my neck and legs sit in a more natural position, especially compared to the other chair I was looking at, which seemed like it might...

My only real complaint is that the foot area feels a little tight for me. It’s still a solid chair and I’m happy with it overall, just not quite perfect, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I really wanted to like this chair, but the massage just felt off to me. Some areas felt kind of rough, while the spots where my back actually needed relief barely got any pressure at all. It kept working around my shoulders but didn’t really do much for my lower back.
I messed with the settings for about a week hoping I’d find something better, but nothing really helped. And it’s not even about wanting some super fancy spa-level massage, I just expected it to feel more comfortable for the price. I ended up shutting it off more often than I used it
